The jib cranes (arm cranes) refer to manually rotated cranes and are available in two versions: manually rotated column-mounted models & manually rotated wall-mounted models.
The column-mounted jib cranes are intended to be fixed to the ground, the column is self supporting and must be fixed using log bolts on foundation plinth or in special cases where is suitable using anchors or dowelling.
The wall-mounted jib cranes are intended to be fixed to an existing structure (columns, walls, machine casing & factory pillars).
This installation is achieved using a system of brackets and staybolts, either with fixing screws or subject to a check, with screws or dowelling.
Both versions are equipped with an overbrace girder and a hoist unit fitted with a trolley.
The rotating arm is rotating its own axis on grazing bearing and is made with a support girder for the sliding of the hoist-carrying trolley.
The arm comes in different loading capacity from 125 to 2000 kg and range from 3 mt up to 8 mt length.
The arm of the overbrace type is manufactured using a double ''T'' formed steel beam girder where the lower flange is the hoist-carring trolley sliding rail.
The crane can be equipped with push-trolley, electric-trolleys or mechanical ones.
